Once we have determined you are eligible, received all required paperwork & documentation and have attended an interview, we will issue you with a Training Statement and, in consultation with you, a start date will be agreed upon at the time of your interview

Wouldn't you like to see how a candidate adapts into the role and fits the dynamics of the team before hiring them?  Recruiting new employees is a long, tedious and sometimes very costly process for any business.  

• South Pacific Academy's Train for Work program completes several pre-employment vetting checks on participants to help minimise those costs and time consuming checks which can have the potential to halt the process of recruitment.  

• The program provides industry based training and employment focussed workshops where the skills developed are not only transferrable but also valuable to any potential employer.

• Work Placements can be arranged for employers to assess the suitability of the candidate for the given role as well as provide further support and training that the candidate may need to fulfil the requirements of any role.
